If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or expired product, or if items are missing from your order:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please share clear pictures and a video of the product and packaging with our support team.
- You may choose to either get a replacement or a refund.

- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers or tags.
- Bundled items where individual components cannot be returned.
